Redemption of tickets (“Tickets”) to “HKT 5G Tech Carnival” (“Event”) on June 15 or 16, 2019 will be available for the Club Members as follows (“Offer”):
A 5G Tech Carnival General Admission Ticket*: 50 Clubpoints (Free admission for children under 12 years old)
A 5G Tech Carnival Concert Ticket*: 1,000 Clubpoints (Entry inclusive; separate purchase of ticket is required for children entry)
Redemption period:
From May 21, 2019 to June 14, 2019
*Each ticket admits one person only. We reserve the right to require for checking identity document of children.
Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and strictly not for resale. Tickets will be forfeited without any compensation to the Club Member if Club HKT Limited (“The Club”) or the Event organizer – Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“Event Organizer”) is made aware of any attempt to resell.
The Event Organizer reserves the rights to request the parent(s) or the guardian of their children who are entitled to free admission to show their identity documents for checking.
5G Tech Carnival Concert seats will be allocated according to booking date and time, and cannot be selected.
Tickets are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
A valid Ticket must be provided for admission to the Event. A Ticket is invalid if any damage, alteration or copy is made. No Tickets will be re-issued under any circumstances.
Full payment (credit card payment and Clubpoints) will be charged on receipt of booking confirmation.
The Club Members and all attendees of the Event acknowledge and agree that The Club and the Event Organizer may take and use their photographs or images from the Event for commercial purposes.
The Event Organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Event and all updates of the Event will be based on announcements from the Event Organizer. Club HKT Limited is not liable in respect of updates to, arrangement, postponement, or cancellation of the Event.
In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
